FORMIDABLE - 1987 Fastnet Race - Plymouth


FORMIDABLE - Pictured here at Queen Annes Battery Marina Plymouth having completed the 1987 Fastnet Race. This yacht took part in the 1979 and the 1981  Admirals Cup as part of the team from the Netherland. It also took part in the 1983 Admirals Cup as part of the team from Japan.

    It’s not entirely correct the 1985 formidable was build by woof in 1983 the previous years it was the renamed former Marionette
